Right knee slight jerk after acl
Some background I've had acl surgery in both my knees my last surgery was about 6 years ago So I was walking upstairs and had a slight jerk on my right knee I've had ligament tear before and it felt the same way but the feeling was very muted I think I have hurt my ligament area again don't know which one there is slight uneasiness on the left side on my right knee no pain I am very scared because I don't want to be injured again I think it is not major like last time and I don't want to further rupture it I have begun with some excercises. I would like to know how to proceed with this should I get an appointment or just excercise I don't want to break the ligament again beacause I placed my leg in the wrong way Pls help

Need proper knee examination and prelim xray of knee . If needed then MRI . Take rest till then and don’t load your knees .

It would be best for you to visit a orthopaedic surgeon nearby and get examined and investigated accordingly.For the time being  it would a good idea to take some rest and not strain your knee further.
