Bone & Muscle problems

I am a married woman. i have a backache for 1 month at right posterior superior iliac spine. i wanted to know why it is. it is not reducing with local balms and positioning. what may be the reason? and what treatment can i take?

I have sudden pain in my joints, and also severe head aches. Severe pain in my back right from my neck to my tail bone and also in my lower abdomen region. I often get these vein pulls in my legs while sleeping which are very painful. I am also a very light sleeper.

Very high pain in spine which moves towards neck n hips. Not able to bend or move. It's almost straightened in last x-ray done. Little swelling seen in lower back too.

I have had ACL reconstruction using hamstring graft and meniscus repair discharge summary has been attached as an image file. 6 week post operation my ROM is only 80degree . Should I worry about it ? What is the normal time frame under which normal people of my age having similar condition reach ROM of 120 or more ? When can i return to sports ? My doc told me if I wont regain ROM my leg might go stiff forever . Is it true ? What is the general statistics of similar patient like me. Another question I have coverage in mediclaim upto 90 days of discharge of post hospitalization expenditure. Will physiotherapy expenditure comes under this and will be reimbursed totally by apllo munich health insurance ?

The fracture is severe with some internal bleeding already occurred and fracture in the distal radius . I am troubled that does it can be solved without surgery or not. I am also attaching the X-Ray and doctors report. Also would the fibreglass plaster better or normal one? Currently I have normal plaster.

From past one day I am noticing a lump on the backside of my palm and a little away from wrist. which is tender to touch and little pain when pressed.it is pea sized.it moves as I make my wrist up and down.it is round in shape.when I tight my fist very hard the lamp also gets hard and when I open my fist the lump is almost gone...is it a ganglion cyst?or tumor?
