Can't stand properly due to the pain Pain start after up from the bed in morning There is no pain when there is a body movement

I am male and my age 25. Till last week my eye pain if I read book or laptop. At night if I read book than I have face problem pain in eye.

I met with an accident two years back where my d12 bone in spine was fractured. By gods grace my spinal cord was saved by 1 cm. I had normal delivery in august 2015. From few days my back from fractured place is paining. Pain is mild but it is coming to neck also. I am lactating mother and working in a bank also. Please help.

24 Jan: A 10kg metal plate was dropped on my right foot in Gym. Lot of bleeding happened. Took TT injection. 25 Jan: General physician didn't suspect anything. 4 Feb: Xray taken and 'Proximal Phalanx of 5th Digit of Foot (Right)' broken. Ortho Surgeon wrapped a pinkish colored bandaid and 3 weeks rest. 5 Mar: 2nd Xray taken & Ortho Surgeon said "No new bone growth", so he applied below know slab and asked to revisit after 2 weeks. 24 Mar: 3rd Xray taken & Ortho surgeon said there isn't any "significant" new bone growth. He suggested CT Scan for confirmation. After confirmation he wants to diagnose the "cause" of lack of progress e) bone-growth and treat it. Then proceed further. Probable causes according to him: internal infection, some bone-growth disorder, something with calcium profile. But he asked me to get 2nd opinion from another ortho surgeon. 2nd and 3rd xrays attached.

Yesterday my grandmother fell due to slight push by a cow while feeding her arnd 10am, she fell straight on back and since then she is feeling a lot of pain in back and right lower abdomen, she is able to move slightly and is able to move her legs aswell but is feeling immense pain in back and when we gave her combiflam it reduced a lil but soon she vomited. Since yesterday he hasn't ate something solid and is unable to digest anything. In this case what we should do, our family doctor gave her injection for pain and vomit.

Today while doing aerobics suddely i felt everything turned blue.there was tingling sensation in feet and pain in the right side of the head. I had water and then felt ok.

This problem started nearly 8 months ago. About my past, i was not a very active person but when i went for boarding school 3 years ago i started playing a lot of sports. But Becky of inactive past i was constantly injured mostly on my ankle. When i came back from boarding school i started playing football on hard ground in my home town with studs. After few months i development pain on the shin. The pain starts after 20 mins of playing only on shin or shin bone and becomes very agonizing. But as i stop playing and call it a day the pain stops after nearly 20-30 mins. But on its peak when i am running the pain becomes so harsh that i cant even walk properly but vanishes after some time i stop playing. I went to a doctor he told me to take rest for 30 days and eat bio D3 max capsules. But here medical services aren't that great. I do over pronate my ankles also little bit. And the shin problem is in both legs. Plz help. Thanks.

My waist line is wide, and my hip and thigh is fatty I want to reduce my waist line, hip, thigh and belly I also do exercise regularly ( like skipping, yoga) bt still gain weight. Plz suggest me what to do??? I want slim figure. Suggest me what kind of exercise I have to do and what kind of food I hv to take, I have compleated my graduation and masters in food and nutrition.

Backside of my heels are paining...a reddish area appeared there and I can't walk properly The pain is severe in the morning and it eventually less pain in the evening. Same with both legs Can't understand what is the problem.

Pedicles are normal.S.I joint Show EARLY Sacro-iliitis.No BONY ABNORMALITY Noted in pelvis. MRI-Disc dessication,end plate changes,anterolateral marginal osteophytes are noted in D11 toL4 vertebral body*Bilateral traversing and exciting root compression with sever canal stenosis is noted inL4-L5.Disc bulge*annular tear and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy is noted in D11toS1 level leading to anterior thecal space indentation and lateral recess minimal narrowing.The nerve compression is more on left side.Back pain radiating to both legs. Osteo&Neurological treatment going on medicines, physiotherapy going on .but pain comebacks 5-6Months interval.We are not interested in surgery.Please tell us what to do?
