Bone & Muscle problems

I did some walking for 20 days (6-7 km each day) I did not do any stretches at all and my ankles are rather weak. - Sensations started as shocks on the sole of my foot. - Now for the past month and a half I have sensations on the top on my foot to my toes that come suddenly. It feels like needles dragged on the inside. - When I walk I have pain behind the ankle (above the heel to above the ankle bone) - The inside of my ankle feels like its stretching from within. - I have little toe pain sometimes when I walk. - I have a pinch like sensation below my little toe when I walk that sometimes burns. - I have muscle spasms. - Sometimes there is what feels like a line of slight pain along arch. - These sensations and pain happen when I walk and stand (about 10 minutes) - I did a NCV Test-no compression.Still not sure what is aggravating the situation. - Thyroid normal - No Diabetes - Did physiotherapy to relax muscles for 10 days. Not sure what is causing this + what treatment I should do.

24 Jan: A 10kg metal plate was dropped on my right foot in Gym. Lot of bleeding happened. Took TT injection. 25 Jan: General physician didn't suspect anything. 4 Feb: Xray taken and 'Proximal Phalanx of 5th Digit of Foot (Right)' broken. Ortho Surgeon wrapped a pinkish colored bandaid and 3 weeks rest. 5 Mar: 2nd Xray taken & Ortho Surgeon said "No new bone growth", so he applied below know slab and asked to revisit after 2 weeks. 24 Mar: 3rd Xray taken & Ortho surgeon said there isn't any "significant" new bone growth. He suggested CT Scan for confirmation. After confirmation he wants to diagnose the "cause" of lack of progress e) bone-growth and treat it. Then proceed further. Probable causes according to him: internal infection, some bone-growth disorder, something with calcium profile. But he asked me to get 2nd opinion from another ortho surgeon.

Pain in foot specially at heel area its higher in morning when out of bed. But with movement it gets settled but temporarily only.

Recently iam getting abdomen pain and full back pain. iam a working women ,my office working houres is 9 hours.

Slight numbness at right ancle area for last 30 days. I have no other ailments including diabetes. Pl advise the possible reason.

My dad is 58 years old and he gets those painful aches in his arm especially around his elbow region and shoulder! What should he do ? Any supplements that he should take ?

How the pain will be reduced. Even after 7 sessions of physiotherapy there is no change in the pain. What are the other ways to reduce the pain

I am 45 yrs old female i am suffering from sever pain in my shoulder joints.i am doing physiotherapy for 6 month now but the pain is still there...i cant take my hand back totally...i cant sleep at nights due to pain...

I got burnt on my foot just 5 days ago. My epidermis is burnt and has been removed. I am getting betadine bandages and eating clauvilin 625 . My skin is still not normal and there is still blood in few areas of the wound. Please suggest a good burn specialist and also suggest if I should get injected so that the wound can heal faster. I cannot put my feet down for long as i feel blood rapidly flowing downwards and thus results into utter pain. Please do the needful as soin as possible
