Sir/Madam my friend who is some ankle sprain problem from previous one year due to use of high hill saddle n that time she shown her ankle a doctor n doctor says due to crack of ankle sprain n he give to advice bind cotton band in her foot.....but now no solution arises so what is the solution of this problem....kindly reply ...

I have been diagnosed with mech. back pain and due to this there is always stiffness in my Lower back and sometime tingling pain in legs.I am currently on pregabid 75 and symbal 20 for almost 2 years and though i ach. some flexibility due of this medicine but 100 flexibility is not . Pl suggest app.addl.medicine.

I had the plaster more than 1. 5 month after removal plaster i have the swelling of my ankle from 15 days

My Wife Has Gone Through C Section 5 Months Ago, After That She Got Knee Effusion Problem . Than She Gone Through The Process Of Aspiration. Now Again She Has Come Up With The Same Problem . She Was Having Severe Pain And Again The Fluid Was Taken Out. Why It Is Repeating Again And Again. What Should I Do? Is that any serious problem. Can it be cured permanently.

I am a type 2 diabetic insulin dependent the Hab1c reading today is 7. I have hypertension and it is under control.But my weight is 96 Kgs with my height being only 5'7" I cannot exercise because I get severe knee pain due to to my weight. I do not know I have pain on lower Lumber region when I walk, which on shifting is more on the left hand side Please suggest a remedy so that I can exercise( Brisk walk) every day for 45 minutes

I have some back pain and its kind of severe, can someone please help me with some medication, its really painful.

I had done my back surgery (tlif) a year ago but it does'nt help me. I have a severe pain in my back and leg. My CT scan and contrast MRI shows that the bone has not united. So, is this bcos of these that i have a severe pain. And also i cant bend and i cant walk more than 15 min. So pls sggst me to cope up with this.

Seems like meniscus issue... I get pain sharp pain in squat position. I feel like my knee is locked and climbing stairs makes my hip bones move against each other... Lot of inflammation in knee

I am having this neck pain since a year now. I can't keep my neck in one position for more than 3 minutes. Waking up in morning is pain and my fingers and shoulder become stiff. Once i take hot shower it becomes normal. I cant lift my real gh shoulder straight up. It gives cracking sounds and i have to fold it half way to get it upright.
