Bone & Muscle problems

While at rest and in sleep have numbness in feet and hand for few months now , tested random blood sugar which is at 90 and BP is around 114/74 . I have moved to a new locality where I have no visibility on the doctor whom needs to be consulted with for good treatment . Can you advise me accordingly pls

Hi doc...from past 2or 3 months I hv been having regular muscle spasms or pain after workout n I hv been taking either neorelax or cip zox to relax...now I'm scared if I'm getting dependant on these drugs n will dey cause problems in da future...please help..

My husband is having pain from last 3 weeks in his right hand joint of thumb and finger.Now it is spreading to palms and joints of hand.He doesnot have any swelling. Though this pain is not continous but it is worrying us. He is around 5.6 F tall and weighs around 80 Kg. He is having healthy eating habits and also pratices yoga. I, however dont feel he is having any any nutrient deficiency as his diet is rich in proteins and vitamins. Please suggest. Does this pain signals any upcoming disease.

Do i really need operation? And tell me the restrictions? ? What exercise i have to do? The neck pains when i turn to right side.. please help me

Knuckles every time when I get up or do some body movements. It's like I sit for long time and when i get up my knees knuckles most of the time .. My wrist also knuckles most of the time

Dear sir /madam One of my known person got severe pain on back on left side, but we got concerned a reputed doctor and he said that back bone move slightly change into leftside then doctor said operation will be taken few days after but tablets did not reduce pain till today. I hope that we had to take second opinion to another doctor, please give me suggestions
