Knee pain and cycling
I have chronic knee pain for last 4 years. Recent diagnose from an orthopedic doctor confirmed that it is due to high uric acid (7.2 units). I m taking zyloric for 21 days for it. My pain is drastically reduced. Please let me know if I can start cycling? Or should wait for medication to complete?

I am not sure high uric acid level alone can be the cause of knee pain. Nevertheless of pain has substantially reduced and there is no warmth around the knee, you can gradually return to active cycling. The emphasis is not doing more immediately. Give your time enough time to recover before you return to full fledged cycling as you are doing before. Good luck and enjoy your cycling.
