My mother is suffering from terrible knee pain of both the legs which gets swollen at times. She can barely walk a long distance and cont even stand for a longer time. Doctors consulted and reported a case of arthritis and some are advising to replace the knees. Physiotherapy was also applied but cure has not been obtained. Please advise.

We would require to perform complete assessment of the patient. Once after seeing the XRay/MRI report we can advice treatment will be either conservative or operative.
