Bone & Muscle problems

Dear doctors, My father is suffering from sever pain in shoulder and our local doctor confirmed that pain as periarthritis and suggested some pain relief tablets and even physiotherapy. He is following this medication and physiotherapy from 2 months by now with no improvement. After little research on my Own, I am able to find out that this is some kind of frozen shoulder. He has diabetes too. Could anyone here please suggest good hospital or treatment in and around Hyderabad. Local doctors have been no help so far. I will provide additional details if require. Appreciate your help.

Sir..My children of Age 4 was met with cycle accident in 2 months back and her collar bone was broken at middle.I consult an orthopedic Ian with X ray also.The doctor given some medicines and he said the broken bones will attach soon.Now I found that with X ray the broken bones were over lapped and they were increasing in size .How they will attach,how many months it will take to come normal.Now she has no pain she playing normally.

Iam in 4th week of post ACL surgery rehabilitation . can I do free style swimming ? Plz suggest other exercises also.if possible week wise
