Adductor strengthning
Male 31. My doc has advised me some exercises for chondromalasia. One of them is adductor workout for strengthening quads and VMO. This machine is available in gym but i want to do at home due to some reasons.15 to 20 repetitions with min weight. Plz advice me how this can be done at home
