Torn rotator cuff
Hey guys, I've been working out regularly for more than a year. 2-3 days ago while lifting weight i somehow injured my shoulder. I went to doc after that. Doctor said it's not very serious because I was aware and I went early on. My question is, is this sort of damage something permanent or a minor injury?

Hello there..., I went through your clinical query.... Rest and immobilize your shoulder joint... Ice compression helps to relieve swelling and pain if any... Physical therapy exercises can help restore flexibility and strength to your shoulder after a rotator cuff injury...Consider Pain killers for few days... Kindly consult orthopedician if symptoms persists...
