Bone & Muscle problems

She has swelling in her ankle and difficulty in walking. She also has gained black spots on her ankle area and above. Swelling comes and goes. I am not sure whether I should consult a orthopedist or neurologist. Please suggest

Sir,I am having sciatica pain for 3 months and have taken the treatment but the pain runs down from my lumbar back to my legs.My MRI report says its at level L4 and L5.Please suggest something asap..**I can't sit for very long. Barely 10 mins.

It's been happening for quite a long time when I get up after sleeping I experience this pain in my legs below the knees till feet. The pain vanishes after some half an hour. The pain is only during the sleep.

Got panic-stricken before every important work, gets frustrated to the highest extent. That makes me unable to complete any type of work. and then it makes me feel too devastated. on the contrary I've a little bit obsessions too, it hampers my career as well; need a help badly.

I often faces a restlessness and pain mainly in my calf muscle during the bed time. I am facing this problem since long. Sometimes it's painful, sometimes it is just uneasiness. Even sometimes it continues during the day time as well. I only get a relief through leg massage. And the symptoms increases with a erratic and stressful schedule. I have drooping shoulders and very narrow hip. Because of which i have neck and back pain and my thighs rub against each other causing a lot discomfort and problems. I have a tendency to put on weight around my tummy and places below my arm and along with drooping shoulders have issue with proper clothing, and look hineous. Is there a treatment for this? Also I have indigestion problem and have been trying to loose some fat, which is getting no where in the past 4 years. I am a dancer and really need to work on my body, but cant get anywhere. Dont know what i am not doing to get this done. Please help.

Everyday I am getting pain in my extremities (joints,veins) since 1 month .it takes at least 2 days to be OK. Is it the reason of vitamin d deficiency?
