I have been found with deficiency of vitamin D with only 10.33ng/ml. I have body ache in hands and legs. And now i have knee pain in specific area , due to which i am unable to walk properly. Can you please suggest me suitable time for sunlight to absorb vitamin D

Hi met with an accident 22 days back, In which i suffered sudden jerk to my neck. Doctor said I have normal disc slip on 5-6 vertebrae and spasm near neck. I underwent physiotherapy for week and medication by orthopedist. Now my neck pain is less but I feel weakness in my right hand sometimes like when I ride bike for more then 30 mins or hold mobile. What is this? What should I do in such case?

Post MRI scan tear of antero-inferior glenoid labrum is noted. Compression fracture of posterolateral aspect of head of humerus, the defect measuring about 1 cm in size and is about 3mm deep. Lateral down skipping of the acromion prices is also noted. Kindly suggest.

I am getting back Pain recently, for last two months its constant. But its not very severe. Can it be cured by medicines and Exercises by doing regularly? I am afraid on whether it will be cured or not.
