Having severe lower back pain esp. in morning. However, the pain diminishes as the day passes by and again next morning the pain gets back. What are the steps that can be taken to prevent such back pain?

Back pain severe in the morning usually can be due to rheumatological reasons and it is very rarely due to neurological also..so Consult a neurosurgeon and rheumatologist for your illness..

Hi, considering your age if pain with stiffness is present in morning for prolonged duration you need to be ruled out with ankylosing spondylitis. You need to consult ortho/spine surgeon
