I had injured my ankle during parajump, it got twisted and I got x ray done, there was no bone injury, however doc told that soft tissue got ruptured and it l get ok after taking rest, I had undergone physiotherapy sessions etc the pain reduced but still persists, itz been almost 3 and a half months

Mostly during hops,ankle may get twisted which affects lateral ligament sprain.It's soft tissue injury so basically undergone physiotherapy, they completed nly healing part when comes to advanced stage u should start neuromuscular training for ur ankle ...otherwise it may leads to arch deviation affecting ur hip also in future.....consult any near by sportsphysiotherapist
