Bone & Muscle problems

I have pain in my waist in right side ,waist to hip. Some times it spreads all over the waist viz. Left, right ,up ,down ,center. I can not bend it foreword and backward sometimes when it get tighten. I feel feel pain in all conditions. Movement weather i am sitting and laying on my bed. I can no do any hard work along with it .

I had ankle fracture 5 months bak n used a cast for it. No surgery. Now its cured but sumtyms i get pain n swelling. Consulted ortho n they said no workout fr 1 year n no physio or treatment reqd. Shld i ise crib bandage, anklet,ankle binder or ankle braces fr complete recovery and to start workout again?

Pain in the back of foot ...specially in tendon...whenever i workout...it pains a lot...i cant stop going to gym coz i need to reduce weight...kindly advice..what should i do?

Ive got an acl tear. I wanted to try physio therapy b4 surgery. What are the problems ill face if i delay surgery. Is there a chance of artritis. Will my knee joint degrade if i dont do surgery at all. Will the acl tear heal itself

Later an irregular growth surfaced again on the part of the toe which was operated. I got my biopsy done and got rid of that fibrosed tissue. Report said recurrent viral wart in left great toe. However after this surgery, the clout has surfaced again and is as painful as it was earlier. Thus no solution after two surgeries. I would like to know the actual reason of this recurrence and best possible solution to get rid of it for once and all Thanks in advance !
