Bone & Muscle problems

I feel something running inside my legs, something like pulling ..Restless leg (searched in net) syndrome, for the past six months, when i slept earlier, i didnt feel anything, but if it took an hour lying in bed, i feel terrible pain. Now for two days my knee joints are also paining heavily..pain balms no use. Pls sug

I am a little overweight. I never tried running when i was slim. Now whenever i run it causes pain in my knees. Is it sign of some health issue. I m 5'2" 68 kg and 24 year old female

My mom, has a swelling on the neck. She is also getting a problem of moving her neck. Her upper part of right hand is giving her some more problems too. Her right is getting numb too.

I had a problem of ingrown toe nail and got the nail surgically removed. Now the nail has grown about half the original length. I have avoided wearing shoes since the last 2 months because of my toe and now I want to resume my exercise so can I wear my shoes and what precautions should I take please help

Today mrg i am stepping down from steps fast my left leg big toe twisted and bit blood came and able move it with pain ..did i need to take any medicine for it... in 2 days i have driving licence.

Hii doctor my wife is suffering with bad back pain prob from last 6 years once she fall down in bathroom after that many xray n ct scan we did also lots of therapy treatment we did ,whenever she band more or pick heavy article she cry in pain like crazy specially in nite she realise pain in day time she mostly busy so don't understand so much i m tired of doctors please suggest me something good n perfect treatment for her .

Hi, I am suffering from neck and lower back pain.its almost 3 to 4 months where in I regularly bare the neck pain daily.and slowly it flows to shoulders as well.i had an xray of it but as per doctor(orthopedic) it was a muscle spasm.i have a desk work.the pain gradually increases after evening around 5pm as per my observation.i am going through this as a daily routine.as n when the pain increases my mind gets diverted towards the same n will not be able to work or be happy. I also get guideness sensation. Can someone help me on this... Thanks a lot in advance.
