I have pain in left hand and pain in backside near neck . I m suffering from musculler pain backside of neck

Its may be due to muscle spasm or either due to cervical spondylitis, plz consult to physiotherapist and u also take muscle relaxant.

Kindly do ur xrays and sr uric acid levels. .postural muscular pain most likely to be the cause.
