For flat foot you need to do exercises for your calf and ankle regularly to keep muscles active! Also if long standing or prolonged walking den with the shoe you can wear an arch support which will keep your walking pattern biomechanically aligned and hence reduce the ankle n calf pain.
Ur flat feet is causing the pain...u need to strengthen your calf muscles and do ankle pumping exercises...wear soft soled footwear preferably shoes...
