Bone & Muscle problems

Actually I used to play cricket as a fast bowler 1year back while bowling my shoulder started paining I was not able to raise my hand but now the pain was very less but today while I was playing cricket and as I was bowling again my shoulder started paining.

I am a 22year old college student..height 5'3". Weight around 74-76. I want to loose weight permanently. I have tried a number of diets and for a time those help me but after few days again I gain the weight. I am a foodie and cook too..so it works as my disadvantage. But when I am on diet..I strictly follow it. But the problem arises when I stop following the diet plan.My hands,legs,hips and belly areas are really chubby. It is not possible to follow the diet plans and leave all the foods for my lifetime. I want a prefect diet plan to loose atleast 10-12kgs in 2-3months permanently. I don't have any medical issues.

My father is suffering from extremely bad Lower back pain and weighs just 47 kgs. In his Xray reports it shows wedging compression on d11 and l2.. currently he is on myospaz forte once a day and also has applied boulevard patch but the pain persist. Please advise..

Stripped on road yesterday evening and pain on top portion of the right feet and ankle. She is able to bend the foot fingers up and down. Can also rotate left to right but feeling some pain while rotating right to left. Pain reduced overnight but not completely.

This is in regard with a problem my friend facing from past one year. There is a continuous pain in his heels but the intensity deviates. We have tried Orthopedics and many other doctors. Some of them said it is because of Uric acid but now uric acid is under control but he is still not able to recover with this problem.

I have pain in right leg heel since a month, can you tell me what's the reason for it and the way to deal with it.

I am a 23 yr old student of iit kharagpur and i also play cricket. Around 3-4 yrs back while bowling i got pain in my right shoulder while doing up round movement and still it does. I went to a doctor at that time he simply suggested for phisiotherapy and i did the same. I had some session of that & my pain got vanish but whenever i did that moment with a force it came back so i stopped bowling but from last sometime i bowl in between for a while and it pains. I didnt take this too serious till now. I went to a orthopedist in iit. He recommended for an x ray and mri. He didn't talk to me in lenient way. I want you to explain me what should i do exactly? I hope this is curable. I am 23 only and now i am worrying about it. Hoping for a quick and positive reply.

I had a ligment injuiry and MRI report recommend for a knee surgery.could you suggest on a best infrastructure for conducting this operation in East Delhi area.
