Few month i suffered with back pain and hip joint and after 3 month my condition are normAl after few month latter pain starts again and i dont take any medication but the process are running some time am fully ok and some time i suffering from pain

Hello, hla b27 positive has many risks If a person is positive for HLA-B27 and has symptoms such as chronic pain, inflammation, and/ or degenerative changes to his bones (as seen on X-ray), then it supports a diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis, reactive arthritis, or another autoimmune disorder that is associated with the presence of HLA-B27., cannot be treated completely but can be managed please consult a orthopedician.. Or a immunologist.
