According ur age v a checkup of vit d and tk calcium supplements do calf stretching exercise and heat fermentation twice a day if it work then OK otherwise tk a examine

As far as your ankle pain is concerned, it is important to clinically examine your ankle to find the pathology. Do you have any other joint pains? Sometimes low vitamin D or raised uric acid can cause ankle pain, so blood tests for those may need to be done. Losing weight if you are on the heavier side will also help.
