Bone & Muscle problems

Right knee got cramped three months ago while climbing stairs. Orthopedic specialist doctor gave injection in the joint and said it will be alright in 15 days. 3 months past since no relief. diagnosed by him osteo arithrites at the earlier stage not ripe for replacement of knee joint.

Having swelling in my legs and ankle since 2 months, in blood test found high uric acid (8.4 earlier but 4.2 now ) and seen thyroid symptoms (5.2 ) . But still swelling when after long drive.

I have pain in my heel and it get swollen. From last 2weeks, I dip my leg in hot water to get relief, but this process not help me for long time. What should I do...what are the symptoms..of my problem

Actually i was doing pull ups about 1.5 years ago, i suddenly felt something streched & after that severe pain started in my neck... It was too difficult to move neck, it lasted for a week & after that i started feeling good although sitting or looking at one direction for long time gave me pain... But the pain has now increased, its even aches when i move my left hand... I tried sleeping without pillow but its not effective...sometimes i get relief for short period of time after moving my head left and right until cracking sound is heard.... I guess its some kind of pinched nerve, tough i don't know much about it... Please help me

I overthink about people . N get tensed and ultimately cry alone and feel suicidal.every little thing pinch me a lot . Due to all this i hv become little possesive . I sinply want to die .

Swelling in paw It is from last 6 months that my paw is disfigured and paining.I have reached to nearby hospitals they said that you have no problem just heat paw with hot heating pad or with cool ice. This swelling is because my scooter fell on my feet. They consulted for x-ray. But no problem was found in x-ray. But nowadays it is going out of controll. Day by day the pain and swelling is increasing. So plzz help me for this problem. I am no longer able to walk due to pain

I want to lose my weight in one month specially from lower body .I can't work out for much time because of my operated leg . one year ago I had an accident so due to that I have rode in my leg .suggest some simple way to reduce weight.
