Bone & Muscle problems

Last 8 months I had lower back pain and continue tingling in my left leg therefore I consult doctor and he suggested me to about MRI. And MRI impression is Posterior and left paracentral herniated of L5 - S1 intervertebral disc causing mild compression over left exiting nerve root (more on left side) and left traversing nerve root in nerve root. Can it be treated without surgery?

Running hurts my knee and thigs. Mostly only right knee. Even if iam not walking it sometimes pains.

I am facing severe back pain. The pain is worst after waking up in the morning which sometimes makes it difficult for me to sleep or move. By the time i get into my normal day to day routine pain gets lessen.

Knee surgery has been done 3 weeks before. Developed infection. Ceramic implant has been done. Doctor advised to open joint for cleaning. Whether cleaning will work or she need to go for revise surgery required ?

The issue is that I feel very uncomfortable while writing due to the fact that my wrist is not flexible when I try to write. I have good grip of the pen and have a good handwriting. Due to this issue, the legibility goes for a toss. I have also found that while bowling (Cricket), my hand (from palm to elbow) i feel a current as the ball is delivered. I am feeling if it is due to Carpal Tunnel issue. Please advice ...

Knee sounds like cracking some thing very badly when bended there is alight pain in knees but not regularly

My wife has pain in her heels for almost a year. The doctor diagnosed spur in the heel and prescribed light medications but no relief so far. We also tried siddha medicines and very little relief. Please let us know any treatment to cure it permanently.

When i was 9 month old i had polio in my left leg.. and now when i walk i used my hand on my leg and my ankle is 2 or 3 inch above the ground .. so can you fix this problem
