How many days old is the fracture? How did it occur? At your age it could be a pathological fracture secondary to osteoporosis. You can use a lumbo-Sacral support to help you. Please get your Dexa Scan done to see if there is significant osteoporosis. Obviously consulting an Orthopedic surgeon in person will be in your best interest.
