I'm experiencing pain in neck and shoulder on the right side since last night before I went for sleep. Pain increases if I turn my neck towards right. Also there was a bit of numbness in arm. I have a habit of cracking my neck

Looks like muscle spasm. Try taking pain killer with muscle relaxant. If not getting relief in a day or two. Consult an orthopedic surgeon in your vicinity.
