Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, While running for catching a bus, my ankle got twisted. But some how i managed to reach office. Then i noticed swelling in my ankle, it is difficult to walk.but now swelling is reduced a little. I dont know what to do next. I have not done any spray or medication or any type of treatment on my ankle. Please guide me. Thanks Uploaded two pics. The pic in jeans is of when i reached office. Sit backs in place by itself after dislocating by itself when I start walking. Having this issue from 2006, how do I strengthen my muscle so that I can start using my right hand like a normal person without any limitations In motion. Now I cannot Fall asleep with right hand over my head. If I do that I would have dislocated my hand in the morning, happend once.

Can anxiety exacerbate symptoms of a health issue ? I have nerve irritation on my left foot. ( symptoms are not just pins and needles. I also have burning, electrical zing on the top of my foot and some part of my sole / pain when I walk on the back of my ankle above my heel ) I am taking multivitamin supplements cobasoft od and supracal and d rise. Will breathing exercises also lessen the irritation on the muscles and nerves ?

While playing football, the knee area muscle is hurt/stretched and while playing or bending it pains. With continuous playing, the condition is worsened. Doctor advised complete rest and not to play, else it can lead to ligament tear.

Due to pain in hand right hand middle finger is automatically band and locked and pain in both leg specially In knee . kindly suggest

Back Pain only morning when rise up on bed. Most of the time heavy pain and massage in oil, Pain only spinal cord.

From past 5 year my mother is suffering from intense back pain ,she is not able to stand straight and sit for even few minutes without any support .Can you please let me know what may have been wrong with her spine and whom to reach out either i go for a spine pain specialist or a Orthopedist for getting treatment .

She had an minor accident 20 days which led to small injuries and a kind of sprain in one of the foot which swells up after little bit of walking itself and relaxes and contracts gradually when at rest. Injuries of the foot haven't healed yet along with severe pain in the foot. Please suggest
