Bones are weak

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hi, My wife is suffering from Leg Pain, Hand Pain etc all related to bones. If you just hold her tightly, she cant bear it. Please let me know what could be the reason? Do I need to consult any Orthopedic doctor? Thanks

Hello there. I can understand your concern. She needs to consult a orthopedician in regards to this and no one else. She could also be having calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency . Ask her to drink one glass of milk everyday. Tab. Supracal pro one tablet everyday after food. Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 6 months. Exposing atleast 20 percent of the body surface to the sub for 20 minutes a day before 12 would help in synthesising enough vitamin D3 for the day. Consult a orthopedician in person for further help regarding this. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
