Lateral relase surgery
Male 31. poor pattela tracking. Hence resulted in chondromalasia . recently taken hyaluronic acid injection. M OK now. But I can't run or do any sports. Should I go for lateral release? How expensive is it? (Major problem in left knee)

Do you have history of only maltracking or also patellar dislocation? Had cartilage mapping for your knee been done?
