Hello.... Orthopedic surgeon will do surgery ...if its a fracture leading to major deformity surgery has to be done... Physiotherapy only adviced in pain management and in mild injuries where they heal on their own ...After fixing it doctor apply cast to heal . . consult orthopedic surgeon in nearest hospital...
