Fractured lower leg
My daughter 5 years old fractured her lower left leg 5 days back . Doctor said it's mild fracture and he has put pop. He said to give paracetamol if she gets pain. But paracetamol syrup doesn't reduce her pain. So we r giving combiflam syrup which reduces her pain. How many days will this pain persists? Is is safe to give paracetamol or combiflam if she gets pain. Because she screams and cries inconsolably if she gets pain. Also her temperature is raising. Does fracture cause fever? Pls tell us to how to take care of her legs safely. During sleep she keeps on turning side by side. Is it safe

There should be no pain if, pop cast  is properly applied. If, child is developing fever as well, it can be a serious matter. Kindly take your child to the emergency room of a hospital.
