Bone fracture
My younger brother is 14 years old and has suffered a fracture in his right arm. I need an explanation regarding whether a metal plate should be inserted or if a cast is sufficient.

Surgery - early rehabilitation and return to work with near perfect reduction. Cost is only concern. If you have insurance or money support - then don’t have a second choice .
Plaster - Not much useful, time taking process, cannot have perfect alignment of ends , as everything has a limit.
