Few days back i hmkind of fell down in mri confirmed that my left knee ligament was completely torn i am search for a good doctor to consult for this please sugest

I am suffering with severe internal pain within my knee joints and unable to understand what is the issue. I have also consulted orthopaedics doctors but haven't seen any improvement. Please suggest which specialist is better for best solution

What are the precautions to be taken in dis problem? I go to gym can i do running and jumping? Plz advice

My grnadmother is a diabetic patient . From last few months she is suffering from very less circulation in her right leg due to which there is lot of small pus blister built up in her feet and it is getting very painful . Grade 3 tear of anterior cruciate ligament. Complex tear in posterior horn of medical meniscus. Grade 3 tear of superficial and intermidiate fibers of medical collateral ligament. Partial tear of medical patellar retinaculam. Edematous and bulky fibular collateral ligament suggestive of partial tear or sprain. Marrow edema/contusions in lateral femoral condyle,lateral tibial plateau,fibular head,tibial eminence and part of medical aspect of tibial plateau and medial femoral condyle.

If I walk for 15 mins at the speed of 7kmph or run for a minute at the speed of 10-12 kmph the muscles at the side of my lower legs get stiffness and it starts paining
