Bone & Muscle problems

Hello doctor.. I am having pain in my neck from last week and initially it was near the shoulder blade n now it has moved up and it is near the upper part of the neck. I am from IT domain and spend a good amount of time on laptop. Is it because of that excessive use of gadgets

I'm having this lower back pain while bending down or coughing, sneezing etc also a little strain like feeling with pain after few minutes of riding bike.. sometimes the strain seems to be in the left side some times right and sometimes in the center close to the end of lumbar region..

I joined gym and lost some weight that reduced my breast size. How do i gain them back ? Is an there a method to increase them by medicines or exercise ?

I got sprain in my ankle (right leg)16 days back.I didnt go to any doc,I was using crepe bandage on it.So by the time swelling gone and i dont have any pain in my ankle but i have pain below the ankle on left side of the leg.i think its talus (not sure). I am not able to walk properly.So what should i do in this case,is it serious? As its been already 16 days.

Dr has suggested IFT n theraband treatment. Need a good physiotheraphist.Am having a pain frm the shoulder to the tricep muscle due to jerk at the gym.

I have recently been diagnosed with scoliotic spine when I experienced lower back pain and consulted doctor for the same. Doctor suggested not to sit for long hours and the curve is too slight for any intervention. I am a working girl with operations job (need to sit for long time). Can you please advise what precaution do I need to take to avoid the pain? Should I consult any other doctor to take second opinion? I don't want to leave my job due to this. Please help.

Have fallen a multiple times and injured the knees. After a latest knee injury due to falling, swelling and pain in knee area. Patient can still walk easily and do all sort of work but pain when touched or bent in extremes
