Growth in cheekbone

Hi, I have mild pain in my right cheekbone since last 2 weeks now i notice small growth on the right side of my cheekbone. What it could be? Should I be concerned. .The pain is very mild n only when I touch it.

Hi there..pain in cheek bone could be due to sinusitis.. mass around cheek bone could be sebaceous cyst, lipoma, maxillary sinus tumors.. if the mass is near ear then it's parotid swelling or lymph nodes enlargement..please consult surgeon once..
