Knee joint pain from 2 weeks
Hi, I am 23 year old. I played cricket after long time with my office colleagues. I am a bowler. After bowling 3 overs my knee joint pain started. It's about 2 weeks from my last played but, still my knee pain is there. When i am walking or doing something related to legs than only I feel knee pain. Is it somethinng serious issue with my knee?? Please suggest. Thank you in advance.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Detailed knee examination can give a better idea as to what exactly is wrong.it .can be just hamstring pull or a ligament tear/sprain. Till then physio therapy can be done
