Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from back pain since i bought new bike 8 months ago. I stopped using it but the main persists. Pain is in different areas of back. Recently i feel pain when i stand back after bending down for some time. My arms have gone very weak at the elbows. Its pains to lift even very light objects. Please help

Top part of wrist tendons pain. Hand gets numb and cold. Pain on movement and when pressure applied on the wrist joint ie pushing ect. It's been 2 month now

My wife is suffering through a pain in her ball and arch of the foot. She also feels a pain in her left shoulder and lower back left side. It's difficult for her to get quickly up if she is bent down. Doctor, what could be the problem with her?

Running and stretching causes pain in my knees. I've just exercises after around 2 years. Before two years also i had started running and after 10 days there was too much pain in my knees and legs, I stopped running but the pain resumed for around 20 days. I want to know the cause of it.
