Heel pain could be due to multiple causes like obesity, plantar fascitis, Achilles tendinitis, bursitis, fracture of heel bone, flat foot, cracked heel ... you can reduce heel pain by reducing weight if your overweight, take Nsaids, wear proper footwear, rest well , don't stand or put pressure over heel for long, never walk barefoot, apply moisturizer in night-helps heel cracks, place foot in warm water for ten mins it helps by increasing blood flow.. hope this helps you..
