Bone & Muscle problems

I had met with an accident on 10th Dec 2015.Treated for fracture of lateral tibia,femur and fibula head along with ligament tear of the left leg knee with ORIF Screw fixation. After 3 months of recovery I still can't bend my knee completely and I am limping a bit while walking and can't run. Please tell me if I can run again in future and will the limping go away in the future.Check the picture for the latest xray. Please respond i am kind of depressed with this issue.

I have pain in my right heel.when i get up after sitting for long period i have heel pain i cant walk properly

Have severe pain in the right rotator cuff when i move them in certian directions this is been there for last 3 days the pain is not persistent but occurs only when i move my hands to certian directions

I have been having this problem for the last 5 months, have done my vitamin D tests and Spine X-ray done as well. My vitamin D level 2 months back was 5.9 , and the X-ray doesn't show much problem. My uric acid levels are low. The problem is that I have visited 4 doctors and any medications has not been able to bring down the pain levels. Recently i also tried physiotherapy, even that isn't helping. Can anyone suggest what I should do?

Back pain due to heavy wt liftng 8 months ago..take medicine... and finally some improvement... now since 1 month its come again... present time its referred to hip joint and both thigh...but relief in back...

Pain near left armpit & bicep from 3 months. Doctors said it's because of muscle sprain.. When i do gym its not paining.. Because of that i can't concentrate any other things.. Because of that i feel tension & depressed.. & scared.
