Well it's quiet possible that it's because of the hit weather...make sure you keep yourself hydrated.. Have lots of water and other fluids like juice,tender coconut ,butter milk etc...eat fresh juicy fruits like water and musk melon,try to eat any food as per your choice.....thank you
