I hv hd shoulder dislocation 2 months back and im going to physio for treatment.But will my hand be normal like others?because i wanted to join martial.arts classes...how much time would it take more?

Hello Dear, Shoulder dislocation needs some rest and proper physiotherapy. If you can take care for like a year, you will be in good position to perform martial arts. Dont be in a haste to do rigorous exercise. It will take so e time for your shoulder to heal and give it some time. Let it heal completely. Else you will dislocate it again and again.
