Hi, I have been experiencing warm legs both and cold feeling in below right knee, knee pain, vitamin d extremely low, physio done treament going, WHATS WRONG WITH ME ? From 8 months mri back normal

My mom has recently started getting knees pain. Whenever she tries to get up she gets the pain in her knees. She feels that the pain is because of the nerves. Please guide how to cure this pain.

I am having lower back pain and leg pain from past 2 yrs. It started from a niggle in the right hand side lower back at a particular point. Then it started paining in the right leg in thighs and calf. Now pain is more when I sit for long and also while climbing stairs. Now the pain is complete lower back and both the legs. I have tried a lot of doctors but nobody has been able to diagnose it properly. Please advise.

I have a small bump on my right hand wrist. Its size is similar to a small marble and this bump has been bothering me a lot from past 3 years. I am not able to do my gym workouts and am not even able to lift light weights. I have consulted 2 Orthopedics doctors. One of them suggested me that the bump is a Ganglion and gave me a steroid shot to reduce the pain. After taking the shot i was able to do proper workout for one month but again after one month my wrist started paining. So I consulted another Orthopedics doctor who suggested that its not a ganglion and has asked me to consult a hand specialist.But still i had taken another steroid shot from the second doctor and this time even the steroid shot didn't do it right. So now am really worried about my wrist and i do not really understand what should i do further. Can someone please explain me about what exactly my wrist bump consist of and if it is a ganglion then can anyone please recommend me the right solution/treatment for it

Hi, I had a bike accident 5 months back and suffered an ankle ligament gear. I did not get a plaster done. I have been on medication for a month now. How much time will it take to heal? When can I start running again?

Hi, its about 1 yr. a scooter hit me. Because of that hit, pain started in wrist and ankle. In that hit, there were no injury and no fracture in X-Ray as well. Till two months, I tried medicines and ointments prescribed by a doctor. A doctor told, visit neurologist. Also I tried home-remedy but till now that wrist and ankle are with pain. I suffered more pain in winter. I visited neurologist. He denied to look into this. Please suggest, what should I do?

My ankle pains alot when i workout and after my workout session i feel hell lethargic..! Please help..!

I run in alternate days. While running my legs and leg bones start paining..
