I have pain in my legs

Asked for Male, 24 Years

My problem is that I have pain in my legs and breathing even after small run or walk 3 floor also... There is cracking sound occurs when I sit or jump As I run for short time there will be pain in my legs for about 2 days...so plz consult me some medication

Hello... I think basically you are lacking the stamina.. Make sure that you have water well...and about. Breathlessness it's quite possible that it's due to simple cause like anaemia... Please consult a physician.... We need to examine you to suggest further..thank you
