After MRI, I found that there is acute tear midsubstance and femoral end of ACL. Also, there is bucket handle tear of medial meniscus. Is there any other treatment possible than surgical reconstruction

Hello there...., Surgery is only the recommended option for patients with ACL injuries. The purpose of surgery is to return patients to their original level of activity.... It may take six to nine months to return to full activity... The success rate for surgical reconstruction of an ACL injury is between 75% and 95%. Operations fails only when the graft fails to heal or reinjury occurs..... Even for the meniscal tear surgical intervention is necessary.... Kindly consult your orthopedician for surgery, as there is no role of medical management..
