Lower back pain

Last week during gym i hurt my lower back. While the pain has subsided it still hasn't gone away despite me doing constant lower back stretching.

Hello .there is no worried ..first of all u do deep heat to this side .There is no relief so u can do IFT therapy ..u consult ur nearest physical therapist ..
