Bone & Muscle problems

I met with an accident around 3 years ago where I suffered muscle contusion in my right leg. The affected area starts from the lower half of my right thigh to 6 inches below my knee. Even after three years, I have edema in this area and it's very sensitive and painful to touch. Kindly advise the right treatment in this case.

Yesterday i got a lower back strain for pulling a heavy object. It's difficult to walk properly. As i am going out of town in 3 days there is no time to see a doctor. Can anyone suggest me a med that can at least relive me from the pain for few days.

Did backpain is happen in slip disc,i have slip dosc l4-5 , at startinh i dont have backpain only leg pain,but now i m having backpain after standing,doctor suggest me endoscopic ,but i have one question if doctor remove that excess disc ,<then my backpain will be in control,can anyone say slip disc cause backpain also...after surgery how pain will stop

After doing      bench press in gym my shoulder pained when hands        up. This is happening from last 3 days

These infection is present since 2013. Sometimes there is itching in night and the itching will go after washing it with water. Foods with preservatives also increases this itching. Now the itching has increased.
