Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from slip disc since about 20 days, as a result of which there is pain in the left side leg, due to which I am unable to perform my daily work. I am doing back extension exercise from 7 days But the pain is not reducing.. I don't want to do surgery.  please guide me.

Did backpain happen during slip disc L4-5, i am having slip disc issue last. 8 months .at starting i was having pain in leg right side till foot,now i am having less pain in leg but pain in back when i stand more or walk,. have attached report also

Good morning doctors! My mom, aged 53 y/o. Is a homemaker & Already having pain in her knees since she's a sit-home person and her body weight is above 75kgs. Her knees started swelling after long activities of ups and downs on stairs while distributing cards for family marriage. Any medications or treatment that can help her? Ur kind suggestions are highly appreciated!

Actually yesterday for fun my friend was trying to lift me and I got hurt in one of my left ribcage. It pained a lot after few minutes it went. Then after I went for sleep i was unable to turn in the left side and sleep and I found that rib bone was swallow. Whenever I put some pressure it pains a lot. So can you suggest what to do? And what might have happened to me?

Elbow pain sometime when pressed for long time or bent for long duration.weird sensation while streching.two fingers(litle and ring finger) and wrist also start to pain.feels like nerve is compressed between bones

I have severe heel pain (edges of the heel and side of the leg). Especially when I walk it's hurts most. I am overweight and trying to loose it, but for this time being what will give some relief. Please advice.

Hello I had a injury 15 days ago while doing moping my hand got hurt like overstretched or overuse now it's paining a lot..if I lift any anything I feel pain on that muscle on my forearm..I went to doctor he prescribed tolpa d for seven days and spray but still pain is same I don't know what to do now can you please tell me how it will be fine .

From one month i took medicines from an ortho  for this but still pain persists. I got 75 percent relief. He gave me pain killer vitamin c and d tablet for tendon and to reduce uric acid tablets as my uric acid was on higher side there is a small bump at the wrist Pl advise .

Hlo Actually I have bone pain in all body special in legs bones, Lower back bone, sacrum bone, Coccyx bone, pelvis bone. Also feeling very weak from inside.Kindly help in this.
