Uric acid is borderline high.. Can be controlled with dietary restrictions.. Avoid pulses, egg, fish, non veg diet.. because it will convert into uric acid in body.. For pain, you xan take simple pain killer.. It will be alright if you will be careful.

This rise in uric acid can be one of the cause of knee pain..The knee pain can arise from increase in fluid in your knee due to uric acid.. We can start meditation and observe if the pain is reducing.. In case the pain persists for 2 weeks inspite of medications, you should get yourself examined clinically by an orthopedic surgeon.
Next Steps
Tab Febuxostat 40 mg once a day after food for 14 days.
