I have some injury to left knee 3year later . Now I have pain in knee . what's tretment I need to take? I uploaded my x ray. Is any operation needed for it. Is  Ligament surgery nedded

I have paid in joints like knee wrist fingers and can't feel strength can't even able to open doors some time

I m posting my ct scan report plz suggest me on bases of report what should I do knee bending is 20 degree in 5 month no healing

Hi While coming down from steps my right ankle got twisted and we found out severe damage in ATFL. Got a fiber cast for 8 weeks and got it removed couple of days before and currently using a ankle brace and also physio has been suggested for 6 weeks. Now the issue is there is a huge swelling around ankle and post physio and also after trying to walk, swelling has been increased drastically. Is this is going to be a normal one after cast? And what preventive measures need to be taken? Also I have almost same discomfort in ankle while walking like what I had before the cast. Pls suggest.

Am feeling stiffness in between my joint muscle part I don't know exactly it's meniscus or in LCL , but pain is inbetween joint, I have done mri 6 months back showing mild ACL edima and increased cartilage signal seen in lateral facet of patella and colletral ligament appears intact , why pain is present while standing with stiffness..

I have hand and legs nerve pain and muscle pain calcium level is ok I have pain in area above anus bones mild one since whole day sitting on plastic chair its mild one while getting up from chair and initial walking mild pains their on partition left and right side dot above anus area in centre

I have choosen dance in my school and I've been doing it since 30th September and starting 1-2 days it was okay but after 2 days my legs starts hurting like someone is throwing stones on my leg specially the joint of feet (ankle)and knees also there is slight pain in my shoulder but leg one is worse. I can't even climb stairs it is hurting so much on my knee and whenever I put pressure on my leg specially right leg it hurts so very much and i can't quit the dance as well, it is national level competition on 5th November.please suggest something that can heal my pain . I've been doing heat compression and bandaging my leg with warm band but it's not helping at all .

I have uneven shoulder and get neck tightness with headache when I sit down ...can I go to a orthopedic to check if there is muscle imbalance and scoliosis or i have to go to other doctor
