5 years ago I sprained my knee while jumping into a swimming pool.At that time the knee was very swollen.Doctor gave medicine.But xray MRI was not done.The knee was swollen for a month.It hurt a lot. Trāsa paṇa kamī jhālā. After a month, the swelling gradually reduced. The trouble also lessened..But after running too much or standing for a long time, the knee hurts a lot.So an MRI was done.An ACL sprain was mentioned in the MRI report.And I can't avoid running and standing for long periods of time How will my knee problem be solved? Can my knee be like the first one?Will the knee stay like this forever? What is the treatment to fix knee
