5 years ago I sprained my knee while jumping into a swimming pool.At that time the knee was very swollen.Doctor gave medicine.But xray MRI was not done.The knee was swollen for a month.It hurt a lot.

The trouble also lessened..But after running too much or standing for a long time, the knee hurts a lot.So an MRI was done.An ACL sprain was mentioned in the MRI report.And I can't avoid running and standing for long periods of time
