Shoulder pain
I am having left side shoulder pain. First it starts as left  neck pain and then I had headache in back of my head. After 4 days I experience shoulder pain on my left side arm and it also given pain on my left hand area . Thought it may be from bad sleep position but now my left shoulder area seemed swelling. Am in Dubai so I can't connect through practo video call.

Do hot fomentatation over back of neck Gentle massage with oil Avoid neck bending down Use a cervicall soft collar for timebeing Take some muscle ralaxants And neurogenic medications ( to be prescribed on consultation) Its cervical spondylosis
