Bone & Muscle problems

I have done new mri ...last 7 mri show l4-5 disc prolapse...please see my new mri and tell me the reports and wat to do further..i have attached my image report

Hi, pls go through my reports and suggest me a treatment for it, I m going through massive pain.

I am sharing my 2 xrays gap of 20 days. I started walking in these 20 days and i found that my bone is looking tilted or bend . And looking like calus has destroyed. Is actually my bone got bended or it is appearing bended becoz of xray angles. Please clear my doubt.

I was using vacuum cleaner at home and that has some Velcro attachments at the bottom. I was taking the Velcro cloth out and suddenly that latch closed. The bottom base of vacuum machine just landed on my fingers. I took my fingers out. No bleeding or open cut. Three fingers got hurt. Second, third and fourth fingers got hurt. Not on the joint. But it's above the joint. Exactly between nails and finger joint, that space.  After an hour, one finger swelled a little bit on that area. No redness on any fingers.  I took ibuprofen last night. I woke up and fingers are still painful and feel very weak. I am able to bend my fingers but feel pain in that swollen area on that particular finger. Feels tight , numb and weak. Is this signs of bruised finger? Or fractured? I did take ibuprofen and used some Diclofenac gel on it. I am worried if I broke any ligaments or bone.

My father fell down three  days back and at that moment he was not able to move his hands and legs for a few seconds and then pain started in hand and neck with burning sensation in both hands, since that day he is not able to sleep. Consulted a neurosurgeon and the doctor asked for MRI, as per reports the doctor has suggested to visit an orthopedist as the spinal nerves have been suppressed by the bones. Please advice because he is suffering a lot because of this.

Two months ago, played badminton after a long gap. Since the day next, started experiencing pain in shoulder while raising my right hand towards back. Consulted Ortho and took xray. He investigated and suggested physiotherapy and gave some vitamin tabs stating not to worry. I did physio for 4/5 days. Now after two months the pain remains. It is not blocking my routine but if rest on my right hand while sleeping it hurts. What to do?

Suddenly my wrist started to pain, it doesn't hurt when the hand is at rest but hurts when i try to make some movement with the wrist. I have no swelling or don't remember any kind of incident that caused this. I cannot move my wrist for more than 30° vertically . There are no bruises either. I don't understand what is going can ...i need help!

Hii I got X-ray done and having tennis elbow..my hand injured on 5 December it's more than 1.5 month but pain is same ..doctor suggested me for physiotherapy ultrasound for a week and told to do heat pad on affected area ..I am taking physiotherapy from last few days but no relief and my physiotherapist told me to do ice pack now I m confuse what should I do ice pack or heat pad I am not taking any painkillers but taking complete rest but still it's not improving please suggest when it will heal or how ?

Hi. I developed pain in my left knee after I ran a marathon. I went to the doctor and took an x-ray. After looking at it the doctor said that I need to rest for 2 weeks. But the x-ray looks like I have developed osteoarthritis. Is it possible to develop osteoarthritis due to running? Because before the marathon I had no pain.

I m haging right leg pain buttock to down and front thigh pain in right side,i have done mri and attached report to this...please suggest
